About these terms These terms apply to every booking made through telanganaboattourism.net, by phone or in person with TS Boat Tourism. By booking you agree to them. Last updated: 25 October 2026. 2. What we sell We run and book Godavari river boat trips (Papikondalu, Perantapalli, Bhadrachalam and Pochavaram), tour packages (including Maredumilli, Araku and temple tours) and hotel or resort stays. Some hotels listed are owned and run by AP Tourism (APTDC) or by other independent owners. For those we act only as a booking agent: the property provides the stay, and we do not own or operate it. 3. Booking and payment A booking is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation or ticket from us. Fares are shown for the travel date you choose and may differ on other dates. Taxes and any platform or convenience charges are shown before you pay. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; see Payment Terms. Some packages and hotels are booked with an advance or deposit, and the balance is paid later as stated at booking. 4. Travellers and ID Every adult traveller must carry a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport or similar) and the ticket or booking confirmation. Child fares apply to the age range shown on the package page. We may refuse boarding or service if the details do not match the booking. 5. Safety Life jackets are provided on boat trips and must be worn throughout. Follow the instructions of the boat crew and guides. Trekking and water activities are at your own risk. Illegal activities, alcohol misuse and unsafe behaviour are not allowed, and we may end your trip without refund if you ignore safety instructions. 6. Weather and government restrictions River levels, weather and orders from authorities can stop boat trips or resorts at short notice. When we cancel for these reasons, our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies. 7. Changes by us We may change timings, boarding points, vehicles or itinerary where needed for safety, weather or availability. We will inform you as early as we can. 8. Liability We take reasonable care in arranging your trip. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, or for services provided by independent hotels, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected booking, except where the law does not allow this limit. 9. What we collect Your name, phone number and email address, number of travellers, travel dates, and the ID details needed to let you board or check in (for example ID type and the last digits, or date of birth where web check-in is used). If you pay online, we receive only the payment status and reference from Razorpay, not your card, UPI or bank credentials. Why we use it To confirm and run your booking, send tickets, confirmations and reminders by email or phone, answer your questions and meet legal and tax requirements. We do not use your details for marketing unrelated to your booking, and we do not sell them. Who sees it This website runs on the SouthScape booking platform, which stores booking data for us. Online payments are handled by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), under Razorpay's own privacy policy. Hotels, boat crews and drivers receive only what they need to serve your booking. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it. How long we keep it Fulfilled booking details are kept for about one year and then deleted. Tax and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires. Your choices You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law. Children This website is for adults booking travel. TS Boat Tourism refund and cancellation policy. Last updated: 25 October 2026. Cancellation by you Please ask us to cancel at least 36 hours before the date of travel or check-in, by phone or email. Refunds for cancellations you request are considered only in exceptional cases and are at TS Boat Tourism's discretion. Advance payments and deposits When you pay only an advance (for example on selected packages) or a booking deposit (for example on hotels), that amount is non-refundable. Cancellation by us If we cancel because of weather, river-level limits, natural disasters, local disturbances, technical problems at the location or an order from the authorities, you will get a full refund of what you paid, less any bank or handling charge that we tell you about when we process the refund. We will tell you as early as we can, although on some days this is only possible on the day of travel. Rescheduling Changing the date of a confirmed booking is at our discretion and depends on availability. If you do not turn up No refund is given if you miss the departure, arrive without valid ID, or are refused boarding for not following safety instructions. How refunds are paid Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach you within 14 days, and your bank or payment provider can take between 24 hours and 14 working days to show them. Hotel stays Independent and government-run hotels may apply their own cancellation rules. We will tell you what applies when you book. Online payments for TS Boat Tourism are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator. You can pay with the methods Razorpay shows at checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. TS Boat Tourism does not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. Taxes and any platform or convenience charges are displayed before you pay. Some packages and hotels take an advance or deposit online, with the balance paid later as stated at booking. If a payment fails but money was debited, it is normally returned by your bank or Razorpay automatically; contact us with the payment reference if it does not arrive within 7 days. Receipts: you receive a booking confirmation or ticket after a successful payment.
